True View Windows shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within Arizona. Any person wishing to purchase for resale (with a valid Arizona Tax
Resale Certificate) must make arrangements in advance and fill out the appropriate forms required by True
View Windows and/or State Law. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other
taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

You agree that all agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree that the
sole jurisdiction and venue for any dispute from your use of or orders made from True View Windows shall
be located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
