This page is updated often as we receive questions from our customers.  Below are a few general FAQ's and links
to more detailed sections.  If you don't find an answer to your question, please feel free to
Contact Us.
Q:  Can I get a quote online instantly?
A:  Due to the detailed nature of window sizes, custom windows, and installation conditions, it is difficult to
provide an accurate online quote.  We can normally get you a quote very quickly.  There are times with
custom sized windows that we are unable to price them immediately and will need to request pricing from
the manufacturer.  In that case, it generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

Q:  What are your payment terms?
A:  For replacement window orders 50% deposit to place the order, 50% upon delivery and/or installation.
Builders and contractors can apply for credit terms.

Q:  How long does it take for my replacement window order?
A:  From the time you sign your window order and get us your deposit approximately three weeks until
installation.

Q:  I can get my windows off the shelf at my local Home Improvement store.  Why should I wait 3
weeks to get my replacement window order?
A:  Windows purchased off the shelf are standard sizes.  Work will need to be done to your openings to
ensure a proper fit.  This process can get quite expensive and time consuming and if not properly done
your windows will leak.  When you get your windows from True View they are manufactured to the custom
size needed for your openings.  This will ensure a perfect fit and great seal for protection from air and
water leaks.  This also allows us to complete your work quickly with minimal disruption to you.

Q:  What type of glass is standard in the windows you sell?
A:  All of our windows are standard with double-pane low-e glass.  Double-pane glass is superior to
single-pane glass in both energy efficiency and sound transmission reduction.  We have many other types
of glass available including tinted, tempered, obscure, and more.
